[Coin-discuss] CPLEX and XPRESS in Development branch

The OsiCpx and OsiXpr interfaces and unit tests have been updated in the
devel-1 branch.  With the fixes to the MPS reader/writer, CPLEX now passes
its unit test.  XPRESS does not pass due to an issue in the XPRESS v12
legacy API, but it should work in cases where problems are not saved and
restored too often.
