[Coin-discuss] Trouble compiling Clp

Burkhard,

OsiMessageHandler.hpp should be in .../Osi/include.  If not it means that
it is still in the development branch (where Clp was meant to be).  Laci
redesigned the make process to make the solver dependencies cleaner, but I
am not sure whether he has finished.  The build for Clp is clumsier than
for other solvers as the Osi tests need to know about Clp and Clp needs to
know about Osi.

We may wish to split Osi into solver interface methods and general helper
methods which would make it cleaner.

If Laci can't fix things by the weekend I can send you a tar file which
should make.

Hello,

I'm trying to port Coin  the code from
:pserver:anonymous at www-124.ibm.com:/usr/cvs/coin
to  MS-Windows.

Good news :  using Intel's icl compiler I can compile the  Osi-lib and the
tests seem to be Ok.
Bad news : compiling Clp fails with
include/ClpModel.hpp(14): catastrophic error: could not open source file
"OsiMessageHandler.hpp"
  #include "OsiMessageHandler.hpp"
                                  ^
compilation aborted for ClpPackedMatrix.cpp (code 4)
ClpPrimalColumnDantzig.cpp
compilation aborted for ClpPrimalColumnDantzig.cpp (code -42)

I searched the files for OsiMessageHandler.hpp and really could not find
it. Not checked in yet ?
