[Coin-discuss] Questions about OSI

In the past couple of days there have been a couple of emails gooing
back and forth betwwen the Osi core developers and Antonio Frangioni and 
Luigi Poderico in Italy. For some reason (we are still trying to find out
why) this discussion didn't make it to the mailing list, so I'm reposting the
messages in the new few posts. The posts will be a bit long, but I thikn worth
to read. Anyone's comments, suggestions are welcome!
