[Coin-announce] PRTPY joins COIN-OR

I am pleased to announce that prtpy (https://github.com/coin-or/prtpy)
is now part of the COIN-OR family.

prtpy is a Python library for
multiway number partitioning
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiway_number_partitioning)
and bin packing (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bin_packing_problem)
algorithms.

The library supports both exact and approximate algorithms,
with several input formats, optimization objectives and output formats.

The design is supposed to be easy-to-use both for end-users
and for programmers who want to add new algorithms.

Contributions of new algorithms are welcome.
