[Coin-announce] URLs in COIN-OR mailing lists

In case you noticed something odd about URLs in emails from us...

COIN-OR's email is relayed through servers at Clemson University.
Recently, Clemson has implemented a service from Proofpoint that
rewrites URLs in emails, embedding the links in links to a proxy server
at Proofpoint that checks them against known malware URLs and then
either redirects them (if it determines they are safe) or blocks them
(if not). So links in emails to or from us will all be embedded in a
link to "urldefense dot proofpoint dot com".

We also get the benefit of Clemson servers' spam filtering, also
provided by Proofpoint.
