[Coin-announce] COIN-OR Server Outage Today and Tomorrow

The COIN-OR server is scheduled to be moved from its current location
at Clemson University to another machine room on the Clemson campus.
That process will begin this afternoon, Monday, September 7 and should
be completed by tomorrow, Tuesday, September 8.

The machine will also be changing its IP address and it will have a new
alias within the clemson.edu domain. All coin-or.org aliases will
continue to work, but will point at the new address.

In addition, we will be upgrading the operating system from Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 6 to CentOS 7. The upgrade will allow us to support
more recent versions of several infrastructure services, including
Subversion.

during this transition.
