[Coin-announce] Optimization Service 2.10.0 released

I just released version 2.10.0 of OSSolverService. This is a major new release, as it provides a link to CSDP, a COIN-OR solver for semidefinite programming. CSDP solves the _dual_ of the standard SDP problem, and therefore support for SDPA files is indirect through a converter found in OS/misc/ConeProgramming/SDPA2OSiL. This converter should be run beforehand to convert the SDPA file into a .osil file.

Usage of the converter:

SDPA2OSiL -d sdpa-file [osil-file]
