[Coin-announce] jMarkov now on COIN-OR

Dear all,

I am very happy to announce the release of the jMarkov project.
jMarkov is a Java framework for Markov chain modeling.

jMarkov is composed by the following modules:
Core Module: to model large-scale Markov Chains.
jQBD: to model Quasi-Birth-and-Death processes (QBDs).
jPhase: to model Phase-type distributions.
jMDP: to model Markov Decision Processes.

you may find the first release, user manuals, and other documentation.
