[Coin-announce] Instructions to join the COIN-OR AGM

Folks,

     The COIN-OR Foundation is trying an experiment for the 2013
Annual General Meeting --- an online meeting using Adobe Connect.

      The 2013 AGM will be held Thursday, January 30th, 2014 at 2:00 pm
EST (UTC-5). To join, point your browser to the URL

      https://connect.clemson.edu/coinor

Select "Enter as guest", enter your name, and click "Enter Room".

     An Adobe Connect plugin will be automatically installed, if 
necessary. Otherwise, all you need to do is ensure that you have 
speakers or headphones connected to listen, and a microphone if you 
think you might want to speak. There's also a text chat stream.

     If sound doesn't work right away, click the Meeting button at the 
top left of the screen and select "Audio Setup Wizard...".  If you have
something to say and your microphone is not enabled, click the "raised
hand" icon and select "Raise Hand".  When your microphone is enabled, a
microphone icon appears at the top of the frame.  Click and select
"Connect My Audio".

     The Board has done a little bit of testing. In our experience, if 
you've taken the time to get audio input and output working on your 
system, it'll probably work with Adobe Connect. If you're the sort who's 
never bothered with such frivolity, Windows is likely your best bet 
(Firefox or IE).
