[Coin-announce] COIN-OR::LEMON 1.2.1, 1.1.3 and 1.0.6 maintenance releases

COIN-OR::LEMON 1.2.1, 1.1.3 and 1.0.4 released

The LEMON development team announces three new maintenance releases,
COIN-OR::LEMON 1.2.1, 1.1.2, and 1.0.6.

Release 1.0.3 fixes the following bugs:

        #366: Fix Pred[Matrix]MapPath::empty()
        #371: Bug fix in (di)graphCopy()
              The target graph is cleared before adding nodes and
arcs/edges.

Release 1.1.3 and 1.2.1 fixes the bugs above plus the following ones:

        #356: Fix multiple execution bug in weighted matchings
        #364: Add missing UndirectedTags
        #368: Fix the usage of std::numeric_limits<>::min() in Network
