COIN-OR INFORMS CUP COMPETITION

Announcing the third annual "COIN-OR INFORMS Cup Competition"  a.k.a. "the
most coveted prize in computational OR". The "Cup Raising Ceremony" for
the presentation of the awards, hosted by the '07 Cup Chair, Brad Bell,
will be held at a congenial venue on the evening of Monday, November 5,
2007 in close proximity to the INFORMS Seattle meeting venue. Nominees
must be present to win.  ICS members and their guests are cordially
invited to participate in the computational community celebration.  See
