Announcing the second annual "COIN-OR INFORMS Cup" competition --- the
most coveted prize in computational OR!

The prize highlights effective use of COIN-OR tools or valuable
contributions to COIN-OR.  We especially encourage nominations of
effective uses of COIN-OR in industry, education, or research.
Self-nomination is welcomed.  If you have made effective use of COIN-OR
in your work or know someone who has, please consider nominating 
yourself or them for the 2006 COIN-OR Cup!
