[Coin-announce] COIN-OR servers will be rebooted, 10/11 5pm ET

Today (10/11) at 5:00 ET, four APARS will be applied to the server group
that hosts COIN-OR,
and the servers will be rebooted.  Until the reboot, service should not be
affected.  The entire process should take less than an hour.  If you have
any problems or questions,
please send them to robinlh at us.ibm.com
