[coin-announce] COIN: Majordomo maillist are being migrated to mailman at noon EST 2/19/2001

The COIN-OR mailists are being migrated to mailman.  Among its benefits,
mailman provides a web-accessible archive of  the list activity.

>>The COIN majordomo lists will go down as of noon EST on 2/19/2001.  The
new mailman lists should be functional on noon EST 2/20/2001<<

All current subscribers to the majordomo list will be automatically
subscribed to the new mailman lists.  A message will be sent out when the
new mailman lists are operations.
