[Cmpl] Gurobi Seconds Solve Option

Hi Martina,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pass a gurobi option at the moment. There was a problem with the gurobi/cmpl interface and I fixed it rather lazy. At the moment, we are preparing beta versions for CMPL2 which we will release soonish. In that new version, gurobi will work as expected.

I apologise for this issue.
