[Cmpl] Problem with Cmpl 1.12

Hi Mike,

This is exactly what I do. First running the cmplShell from the
"installation"  directory and them trying to run  cmpl though the cmplShell
command line.
Are there any system dependencies for this cmpl version (e.g. Qt version as
the message suggests)?
