[Cmpl] Trouble with jcmpl

HI Mike
"jCmpl error: Environment variable CMPLBINARY ist not defined. Cannot run
Cmpl binary." shown when i built a java project with eclipse in windows
8.1. im sure i finish the setting of environment path.  i'd be grateful for
any hint. thanks
