[Cmpl] Fwd: CMPL help

Dear colleagues,
First of all I want to thank creators  for the CMPL Solver for Excel.

I try to solve one problem which solution in OpenSolver takes several hours.
I realized small version of the problem in CMPL, however I found that one
constraint does not work:
I need to control capacity constraints by the sum of several cells in
Excel, so as  I understand CMPL can not control the change of excel cell
which are written by formula.

The case study:

So, can you say me whether It is possible to realize such constraint with
Excel formula changed parameter?
If there is not enough information, I attach xlsm file.
