[Cmpl] Set of sets possible?

Hopefully this will be the last question for a while, think I've got everything else I need figured out thanks to Mike's help.

Is it possible to define a set of sets, or to put it a different way an indexable set? As an example, given sets A and B, I want to be able to have a set A_b[B] that gives me sets of A for each of S such that I can do something like 'b in B, a in A_b[b]'.
