[Cmpl] Cmpl and java

Hi Steven,

The manual is the last thing that I will create for jCMPL. (Sorry) But the chapter about pyCMPL (in the CMPL manual) can give you an impression about the jCMPL functionalities. There is also a conference paper I have written together with a colleague that contains a (very simple) jCMPL example. (http://www.scs-europe.net/dlib/2013/ecms13papers/simo_ECMS2013_0171.pdf)

Cheers,

Mike

The plan is to release CMPL v.1.9 in the next 2-4 weeks. I'm testing the new package on all of the supported operating systems and I'm writing the new parts of the manual right now.
