[Cmpl] Cmpl and java

Hello Bart,

Thank you for using CMPL.

I would like to propose to use an approach that is similar to the transportation example in the manual in chapter 10.1.6.

In this example a cmplData file is used instead of a CSV file, because it is not possible to read data from a CSV file to create a set. Defining a 3-tuple set using a cmplData file is quite easy and such a file can also automatically generated like a csv file.

If you want to create a 3-tuple combinations by combining 3 sets I would suggest to use pyCmpl instead CMPL.

Best regards,

Mike

The plan is to release CMPL v.1.9 in the next 2-4 weeks. I'm testing the new package on all of the supported operating systems and I'm writing the new parts of the manual right now.
