[Cmpl] ERROR on Installing CMPL

Hi Milen,

I've overlooked one of your information. To compile CMPL you have to install the QT framework before. 

1) Please download QT via http://qt-project.org/downloads and install it.

2) Follow the instructions given in INSTALL
