[Clp] Decomp4: segmentation fault (message handler)

Dear all,

I am using Clp stable 1.6 obtained by svn co
https://projects.coin-or.org/svn/Clp/stable/1.16 coin-Clp.

After compiling the decomp4 example, I run it and obtain "segmentation
error".
Searching a while I found that the problem lies in "messages_" used in
decompose(matrix) method.

Not sure if you guys encounter the same issue, just flag it.
