[Clp] Documentation for SolveType

Mathieu,
In standalone clp just type
sprint??
to get a very brief description. There are examples sprint.cpp and
sprint2.cpp.
It is for reasonably homogeneous problems with many variables and does a
series of primal solves on subsets of these variables.
