[Clp] CLP - use a maximum duration

Hello,

I am using the executable version of CLP. And thank you for it, it works
very well !

I have some complex optimizations that take a lot of time. Would it be
possible to but a maximum solving time ?
In that case if CLP solves the model before the maximum time, it returns
the solution, if it does not solve the model before the maximum time, it
stops and returns the best solution found.
