[Clp] Problem by using CLP

Hello All
Recently, i am using CLP to build a LP model. However, if i chose to build and solve the model directly in COIN without reading the model from MPS file, i am told that the model is infeasible (code in M2). If i write the same model to the MPS file and then read this file, the model can be solved (M3).
Could you guys please see the model in attached M2, and help me to find why is this?
