[Clp] CLP Thread Safe

Hi,

I'm looking for a library that I can use to solve linear programming
problems for the sake of writing a program that performs large numbers of
polyhedral computations. Is CLP thread safe? I need to find a library that
has the potential to have close to a linear speedup when parallelized.
