[Clp] A Bit Of Clp Accelerated?

I gave a content free talk on an experimental simplex code at ISMP 
Berlin last week.  It was in Ted Ralph's Open Source session so to make 
it Open Source I have just put it into Clp.

Anyone brave enough to want to try it can find out more at 
fastercoin.com - the NAQs section.   It works with gcc 4.8 (for 
parallel) and is a bit faster using Intel's compiler.
