[Clp] clp/cbc bomb on 10teams on OS X 10.6.7 : not clp's fault

Matt,

	Guaranteed Fedora 14 / GCC 4.5.1 works, that's one of my platforms.
It'll be interesting to see if this is peculiar to Mac, or to GCC 4.5.2,
or the combination.
