[Clp] Bug in CoinMP

I am running CoinMP through VBA in Excel on PC. I occasionally get "Overflow
errors". I notice that the error conditions are more likely when multiple
decision variables have the same cost coefficient. 

 

The problems are not large. Approximately 250 decision variables and 25
constraints.

 

Has anyone run into this problem, and if yes, do you know a fix or a
workaround.
