[Clp] CLP 32-bit Windows Binaries that are callable from Fortran (C like) like GLPK and LPSOLVE

Seems not there but rather at                               
https://projects.coin-or.org/CoinMP
The CoinMP binary dll can be downloaded directory from this link: 
https://projects.coin-or.org/CoinMP/browser/stable/1.6/CoinMP/CoinMP.zip?format=raw. 

It has CoinMP.dll  dated 2011-11-02  inside along with example.c  and 
vb6 and csharp wrapper example dirs.
