[Clp] Quadratic Progeamming Examples

  I wonder what is the best way to get started on using QP.

  I saw ClpExamplesTestQP in the CLP package, it does not include
building models. Is there an example like build.cpp in
OsiExamplesBuild?

  What are the differences between CLP and IPOPT?
