[Clp] BLAS for Clp on Opteron-based systems

Hi,

I have a question regarding BLAS linking to Clp on an Opteron-based system. When I run the standard configure script, BLAS is not found although I know that it is provided as a subset of AMD's ACML library on this system. 

Is there a way to have BLAS recognized during the configuration stage and to link it to Clp in cases like this?
