[Clp] Clp 2.11

Hi Stefan,

As you suggested, I checked-out CoinUtils/stable/2.5, and replaced CoinUtils
folder in CLP project with CoinUtils/Stable/2.5/CoinUtils folder, but still
got similar errors as shown below. Could you please advise how to combine
CoinUtils from stable 2.5 with CLP 2.11?
