[Clp] Performance of CLP

Paul:

I have been using CLP in production for large scale electricity price 
simulations for over 18 months and it does achieve similar robustness 
and performance to CPLEX. Problem size is 30000 columns 20000 rows, CLP 
solves it in about 10-15 secs.

Same problem takes 118 seconds on the Frontline solvers including Gurobi.

For large MIP problems I have not been able to find any open source 
product that is even close to CPLEX performance or robustness.
