[Clp] memset memcpy not declared in header files?

Hi,

which CLP (and CoinUtils) version do you try to build?
gcc 4.3 is more strict on includes, but recent Clp versions should have
been tested with it.
CoinBuild belongs to CoinUtils and many of these files include
CoinUtilsConfig.hpp.
