[Clp] NEOS Question

The columns are a bit wrong, The N,L should be in column 2.
Also in the columns section the Name0,1,Value1 fields start 1 col late;
Name2, Value2 seem OK so their headings are wrong. Try this

Hello,
I keep getting the same error message, and I can't find the error in my MPS
format. Perhaps the body of my message gets shifted when I send it...
