[Clp] Ticket #18; memory access crash, CLP

I opened this ticket when I got a crash in CLP, using COIN-MP under Windows.

The key seems to be the variable pivotSequence_  in the file
ClpPrimalColumnSteepest.cpp, member saveWeights, line 2804.  This is
where the crash occurs, but I suspect that the variable is not being reset
when the array pivotVariable is changed.
