[Coin-lpsolver] latest version info on the site

Dear All,

I found that the information about latest stable version of CLP at COIN-OR
site is somehow inconsistent:

at

http://www.coin-or.org/projects/Clp.xml

it is written quite rightly that the latest version is 1.6. However, above
that spot there is link to the project page

https://projects.coin-or.org/Clp

and there it reads

svn co https://projects.coin-or.org/svn/Clp/stable/1.3 coin-Clp

Well, I just copy-pasted the link and only much later found out that 1.3
is not recent...

I do not know if this is intentional.

Otherwise CLP works amazingly well.
