[Coin-lpsolver] Quadratic Programming COIN Solver?

Hi all:
 
I am new on COIN solvers and I would like someone could tell what would
be the best COIN project to solve a quadratic programming problem. I
mean, a COIN application with a high level of maturity that could run on
Unix and/or Windows, and solve large scale quadratic programming
problems from a C++ or Fortran program.
