[Coin-lpsolver] Possible bug with the CLP

OsiClpSolverInterface::branchAndBound not really designed for heavy use.

Have put a fix in which should work.

Hi,

I have got a problem with the CLP while solving an ILP through the OSI
interface. I filed a ticket with the tracker for the OSI project (see
https://projects.coin-or.org/Osi/ticket/29) 5 days ago. However, I did
not get any response so far. It would be great if somebody looks into
this. It is really a blocker for me.
