[Coin-lpsolver] CBC performance in Linux vs Windows

Hi,

I have been doing some experiments with the CBC -1.1.0 release on Linux
and Windows. I used the same data set on both installations of the solver.
I got these results:

1) CBC solved in the problem on the Linux installation in 37868 iterations
and after reaching 3184 nodes.

2) CBC is still running on the Windows installation after looking at
20000+ nodes.

Is there a difference between CBC-1.1.0 algorithms for Linux and Windows?
Is the difference so significant enough to cause such a huge difference in
performance?
