[Coin-lpsolver] RedSplit cuts

Hi All,
 
The most recent version of CglRedSplit.cpp uses the cube root function
cbrt().
 
However, Microsoft compilers are not familar with this function, so it will
no longer compile under Windows using Microsoft's compiler.
