[Coin-lpsolver] FYI - Version 1.02.01 of Clp coming

I will be putting a new version of Clp into cvs - on Thursday or Friday. 
This has a substantial number of changes to try and improve performance 
with Cbc.  It is extensively tested but ... I may have missed something. A 
stable snapshot is now in Clp as Clp_1.01.02.tar.gz which corresponds to 
the current state.

There will also be changes to Osi and Cgl but they should be alright.

There will also be changes to Cbc.
