[Coin-lpsolver] Message Handler

Hi All,
 
It seems that recently, whenever a new solution is found by the CBC code in
a MIP, it no longer calls the messagehandler, because the loglevel is always
set to 0.
 
Is this intentional, and if so, how can I trigger an event when a new
solution is found?
