[Coin-lpsolver] Latest CBC changes

Hi John,
 
With the very latest CBC changes, something strange is happening:
 
I solve a MIP, and use my own MessageHandler. Everything goes fine, until an
incumbent is found; at this point, it seems that for some reason my
MessageHandler is no longer called, but the default COIN message handler is
called in stead.
 
any idea what could be happening there?
