[Coin-lpsolver] CLP

Hi John,

I recently did an update - looks like some stuff is broken in cvs...

- ClpCholeskyTaucs.hpp needs an outside file, so should probably be 
ifdef'd out by default
- ClpCholeskyWssmp seems to require OSL
