[CHiPPS] Any suggestions on tuning blis/alps parameters

As a first step, you can take a look at the parameter in ./Blis/test/blis.par
and play with various cuts, heuristics, search options. If some options are helpful, then try to figure out the reasons if possible. It takes time to find good settings.

Hi,
    I've found that parameters play a critical role on the performance of Blis or Alps. I've tried to solve some benchmark problems with Blis, but I don't know how to setup a good set of parameters. Sometimes the program don't work well with a poor set of parameters.  I'm just performing a parallel MIP on one chip of multicore cpu. Could you give me some suggestions, especially for solving some large problems(may take hours to find optimal). Thanks a lot!
