[Cgl] Re: cbc visual c++ 7 bug

This is a MSVisualStudio problem. The files have been removed from Cgl/trunk 
and this has not been reflected in the MSVisualStudio files.
Please post this to the MSVisualStudio list or post a bug report
on the MSVisualStudio Track page.
