[Cbc] 2.10 version on Ubuntu

[Naladimmu Sreelakshmi]

Hi,

The version of cbc installed through apt coinor-cbc on ubuntu is still 2.8.12. Is there any way we can get the most recent version 2.10.3, when would the recent version repo get pushed?
